Terms and Conditions
- PB Roadside Rescue reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Your expectation of services are not complete until you receive confirmation in a written or verbal form.
- No alcohol consumption/ No smoking will be enforced when you request transportation services.
- Any passenger requiring out of county travel will be charged a base fee of $20.00+tax+.39 cents per mile.
Refund Policy
If you have pre-scheduled an out of county transportation request and paid ahead of your trip, you may get a full refund if canceled five days or more before the scheduled event. If canceled within five days of scheduled event, you will be charged the base rate of $20.00+tax.
All other services are non-refundable.
